Tutoring participants and test practice administrators
Question bank & Excel import · Participant test assignments · Timed tests
The business need
Test practice needs organized material, clear participant assignments, and understandable instructions and time limits. Administrators also need completion records, scores, and participant answers so practice results can be revisited and discussed.
The approach
The D-Faz workflow connects question bank preparation, test assignment, participant sessions, and results review. Material can be entered or imported from Excel with images, with data checked before saving. Participants read instructions and answer questions with completion indicators and a remaining-time display. Administrators monitor completion, review scores and detailed answers, and open PDF reports according to the module. In the Akpol and Bintara psychology modules, a psychogram summarizes result dimensions for discussion.

Visuals come from the modern interface concept presentation. Participant names, dates, answers, scores, and psychograms use simulated data, not real participant assessment results. The psychogram supports consultation and is not a recommendation letter. The material does not establish business outcomes, selection success, or production usage.

Participant test room
A verbal ability test concept with answer options, question navigation, answered-question indicators, and remaining time. Participant and answer examples use simulated data.
