Who manages this website
co.labs is operated by CV Kolaborasi Teknologi Indonesia. This policy explains data use on the co.labs website.
Details you choose to send
Project and contact forms use the name, contact details, business name, and message you provide to follow up on your request. Newsletter registration uses the email address you submit. These submissions are stored using Supabase. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using these forms.
Functional preferences
We store your language and reading-theme preferences so the website follows your choices, for up to one year. Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days in COLABS_COOKIE_CONSENT, which contains your choice and policy version, without a unique visitor identifier. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies.
Optional measurement
Only after you accept, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, while Meta Pixel measures page visits for promotion measurement. These providers may use their own identifiers and process browser, device, page, and interaction data under their privacy policies. co.labs also records page and article view counts after acceptance. Microsoft Clarity is not currently installed.
Campaign information
After acceptance, selected campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers from the URL may be kept in session storage for the current browser-tab session. When you send a project request, they may be included with your message to help identify its source. Without acceptance, we do not store or attach this attribution.
Changing your choice
Choose Accept or Reject in the notice, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing acceptance stops future optional measurement, clears known analytics cookies accessible to this website and the campaign session data, then reloads the page to unload tracking scripts. Data already received by providers is not automatically erased by this action. If storage is blocked, your choice may only last until the page reloads.
External services and links
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp; client previews and social links open external websites. Those services apply their own privacy policies. The co.labs cookie choice does not control storage on those external services.
Requests about your data
Contact us to ask about personal data you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask about this policy. Include enough information for us to locate your request; do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
