Digital membership & QR · Cashier & merchant transactions · Referrals & network commissions
The business need
Members need digital identities and access to shopping history, commissions, and balances. Merchants need member verification and discount review before transactions. Administrators need to trace registrations, merchant deposits, commission distributions, deposits, withdrawals, and financial records to operate community services.
The approach
GCC provides a member portal with digital cards and dynamic QR, available balances, pending commissions, a merchant directory, bank accounts, and withdrawal requests. Cashiers verify members by QR or card number, enter purchase amounts, and review discounts, merchant deposits, and allocations before confirming. Referrals connect sponsors and networks up to seven levels; administrators manage schemes, simulations, and commission waiting periods. The savings program uses member balances to record cash deposits and members’ shares of recyclable-material sales, with a PDF savings history. Dashboards, verification, role-based access, and activity auditing support operational traceability.
A connected workflow
- 01
Identify the member
Members access their digital cards. Cashiers verify them using periodically refreshed QR codes or community card numbers.
- 02
Review the merchant transaction
Cashiers enter purchase amounts and review discounts, merchant deposits, and allocation details before confirmation.
- 03
Trace commissions & savings
Commissions follow the configured scheme and waiting period. Separately, administrators record cash deposits and members’ shares of recyclable-material sales into the same member balance.
- 04
Manage & review records
Administrators review verification, deposits, withdrawals, cash records, and activity trails. PDF savings books support member balance-history review.

Screenshots, identities, card numbers, QR codes, balances, transactions, and commission figures use demo data. Example recycling and discount allocations explain application mechanics, not income promises or offer terms. Commission waiting periods and allocations follow administrator-managed schemes. The material does not establish completed umrah departures, measured business outcomes, or production usage.
