The business need
Administrators need to record savings by type, review loan applications, and trace member transactions. Balance details, installment payments, and PPOB purchase statuses need to remain available for review during daily service.
The approach
The application workflow uses member records to connect services. Savings are grouped into principal, mandatory, voluntary, and other savings accounts. Loan applications capture the type, amount, and installment term for administrator review; application letters can be printed for administration. After approval, payments are recorded per installment until repayment is complete. PPOB services support electricity token purchases using voluntary savings, with status and details depending on the provider. The dashboard and member, transaction, and PPOB reports help trace records; transaction and PPOB reports support period selection.

Select a member
Use an existing member record as the basis for service records.

Enter the application
Specify the loan type, amount, and installment term. Print the application letter when needed for administration.

Review & decide
Administrators review the application and approve or reject it. The decision remains with administrators.

Record installments
Once the loan is approved, review installment details and mark payments that have been received.

Complete repayment
The loan is marked repaid once all installments are recorded as paid. History remains available for review.
