SIAKAD - MTS Cimanggu
Organized data, clearer daily work.
An academic information system concept for MTs Ibnu Kholdun Al-Amin Cimanggu, covering school records, grades and attendance, and reviews of student character development and memorization progress.

School administrators, teachers, homeroom teachers, and tahfidz mentors
Student & class records · Grades & attendance · Panca Cinta character records
The business need
The school needs student, teacher, class, and subject records as a foundation. Teachers record grades and attendance, homeroom teachers write character-development narratives, and tahfidz mentors record memorization achievements. These records need to remain available in their respective modules for report-card preparation and subsequent guidance.
The approach
The SIAKAD workflow begins with administrators preparing core records, character indicators, and tahfidz targets. Teachers select a class and subject, enter daily, PAS/PAT exam, and skills grades, and save drafts before locking them. Final grades are calculated from completed components; attendance is recorded by class and date. In parallel, homeroom teachers write Panca Cinta narratives using pillars and indicators, while mentors record recitations, fluency, and achievement against curriculum targets. Academic summaries and tahfidz progress are reviewed in their respective modules.

A closer look at the product.
Choose a view to explore the workflow.
Visuals come from the modern interface concept presentation and use simulated data. Student names, grades, attendance, character narratives, dates, and memorization achievements are not real student records. The 5/5 coverage indicates completed pillar entries, not a character score; 50% progress illustrates achievement against one memorization target. The material does not establish improved learning outcomes, production usage, or automatic report-card generation.

Academic grades & attendance
A concept for entering daily, PAS/PAT, skills, and final grades, with draft saving. Attendance is recorded in its own module by class and date. All student records and grades are simulated.
