The business need
Stock quantities alone are not enough for decisions. Managers need batch origins, product costs, expiry dates, and inventory movements. On the sales side, retail and wholesale prices must account for channel-specific costs. Product reviews and customer follow-ups also need traceable information. Rojokoyo brings these needs together so warehouse records, transactions, pricing, and customer relationships can be reviewed in the same business context.
The approach
The workflow starts with procurement requests and approvals, supplier purchasing, inventory, production, and repacking. Product costs and channel charges inform pricing. Sales includes invoices, delivery notes, and returns; CRM provides segmentation and follow-up queues. Product analysis and dashboards summarize information for evaluation. Product experiments extend the product development scope, while batch merging emphasizes cost traceability and stock history. The foundation uses Laravel and PostgreSQL with user permissions, server-side validation, and database transactions for batch merges.
